Westpoint Select Scope Once Again

Following the supply of 3 previous projects, Scope has once again been selected by Westpoint Homes to supply a new development.

Thorntree Park The Thorntree Park development, at Easter Road in Edinburgh, typifies Westpoint's approach to inner city development and lifestyle. The project will be the first in Scotland to feature the new Cubito range of basins and bathroom furniture, which will take Westpoints bathrooms to an even higher level of specification. "Westpoint Homes have a great eye for design and saw the potential of the new Cubito range" says Nicola McHattie, Scope's Design Specifications Manager.



Scope Develops Partnership with Simpsons and Crosswater

Simpsons Shower Enclosure Scope is delighted to announce the formalisation of its trading partnership with London-based companies, Simpsons Enclosures and Crosswater.

Scope has worked with Crosswater for many years and has recently decided to further develop the product with the addition of many new ranges.

"Having developed a strong working relationship with Crosswater, we were naturally intrigued when they took over Simpsons of London" says Neil McKinlay, Scope Director. "We visited the Simpsons factory last week and were highly impressed by the quality of the range on offer. The decision to develop the partnership was straightforward at that point".

Scope will feature products from Simpson's Design, Classic, Classic Mode and Walk-In ranges. Neil adds: "we plan to combine the top-end offers from Simpsons with designer showers from Crosswater. In this way, we get the benefit of buying from sister companies as well as complementing our existing Kudos enclosure offer"



Scope Bags a Munro

Scope has been selected to supply bathrooms to Abbey Developments exciting new development, Munro Apartments.

Abbey Developments - Munro Apartments The flats are being created within the former Knightswood Bus Depot at Jordanhill in Glasgow, and have had a highly successful launch. "We have had an excellent relationship with Abbey going back many years" says Derek Miller, Scope Director. "Our companies share a very similar vision about quality, design, and value, which shines through in this fantastic project. We are proud to continue our association with Abbey".



Scope Leads the way with Mastella

Mastella Scope has become the largest Scottish outlet for luxury Italian furniture brand Mastella, generating significant business from just 4 displays.

Mastella, which was recently featured in an article in The Herald, is a stunning furniture solution for the contemporary market.



Scope Offers a Fitting Solution

Scope Retail has entered a partnership with Falkirk-based Weir-All-Trades, to provide high-end retail clients a superior fitting service.

"Cameron is well known to us" says Sharon Wilson, Scope Sales Manager. "His installation standards are of the highest quality and we can recommend him very highly. At the high end of our market, particularly Laufen, Mastella and Villeroy and Boch some clients feel more secure having a recommended fitting service. Weir All Trades fit the bill in every way".



CALA Partnership is Based on Service

Scope's partnership with CALA Homes continues to develop with the company now supplying bathrooms to CALA sites at Archerfields, Dirleton, Grovewood Hill, East Fettes, Canniesburn Atria, and Kinnaird Village, Larbert.

To support the partnership, Scope has developed a raft of customer service initiatives to ensure that CALA receive the best possible customer service. Scope has a national agreement with CALA and will soon be working with the newly created CALA North division on its development at Dundee. Laufen, Hansgrohe and Matki are included in the national CALA spec, and projects are planned across the country.



Scope Awards Success.

In conjunction with Villeroy and Boch, Scope recently sponsored the 'Best Townhouse' category at the Herald Scottish Property Awards, held at The Radisson Hotel Glasgow.

As 'Villeroy and Boch at Scope Bathrooms' the company received excellent publicity at the inaugural event. Derek Miller, Scope Director, presented the award to Applecross Homes of Edinburgh.



Scope Have it Down to a Tee for Turnberry

Turnberry Homes, the Glasgow-based independent housebuilder, has chosen Scope to supply its 24-flat development in Saracen Street, Glasgow.

The specification will come from Scope's Jika Mio range and will bring a contemporary edge to the bathroom layouts. "We are very impressed by the quality of all Turnberry properties", says Derek Miller, Scope Director. "I was born and brought up just along the road from this site, and it is great to be involved in the site".



Scope fits the bill for Southplace
Date: 20th September 2007
 

Southplace Homes has chosen Scope to supply bathrooms to it's development at the old Plaza Ballroom in Glasgow's Eglinton Street.

This is the first time Southplace and Scope have worked together and both parties are pleased to be developing a partnership. Southplace, which is a subsidiary of Ashleigh Construction, has a very high specification, and have selected contemporary fittings and sanitary ware from Villeroy and Boch for this new project. Derek Miller, Director of Scope is naturally delighted at this development: "We have long admired Southplace Homes and are happy to be featured in their innovative Plaza Development. The Plaza has always been a Glasgow landmark, and we are pleased to be a part of it's regeneration".
